# Computer Compulsive

> Retro computer sales, repair and restoration serving the Calgary area of Alberta, Canada — Apple Macintosh, Commodore, Amiga and vintage PCs brought back to life.

Computer Compulsive is a creative collaboration founded by Keith Harper, Will Hollow and Craig Learmont, now a small and growing crew of vintage-computing obsessives. They sell tested, working classic computers and peripherals, boxed and loose software, and DIY project machines that need some TLC; they refurbish and retrobright machines to factory-fresh condition, take on select repairs and restorations, rent out working period-correct units as props for film and photo shoots, and document their work (logic-board repairs, BlueSCSI mods, restorations) on YouTube. They are based near Crossfield, Alberta and serve the wider Calgary region.

## Services

- **Buy · Sell · Trade** — Apple, Commodore, Amiga and vintage PCs plus keyboards, mice, joysticks and peripherals, boxed and loose software, and DIY project machines that need some TLC. All working machines tested. Buy a classic, sell attic finds, or trade up. In person now; online store launching soon.
- **Refurbish & Retrobright** — Deep cleaning, retrobrighting yellowed plastics, and full key/port testing. Mainly on machines they sell; outside intake by inquiry.
- **Repair & Restoration** — Recapping logic boards, PSU rebuilds, floppy/SCSI replacement with modern flash (BlueSCSI). Select repairs by inquiry.
- **Prop & Set Rentals** — Working, period-correct vintage computers, consoles and peripherals rented as props for film, TV and photo shoots. Their gear has featured on film (an Atari 7800, period Macs and more). By the day or production, by inquiry.
